Raised in a ‘real estate family’ In Vancouver, BC, Harjit attended Simon Fraser University’s prestigious Beedie School of Business. He studied marketing and finance. He then went on to study Construction Management and Architectural design at the British Columbia Institute of Technology. Harjit attained his Real Estate Certification from University of British Columbia’s Sauder School of Business. Harjit is no newcomer to the sales and service industry as he began his career at Canadian Imperial Bank of Commerce (CIBC), as a Customer Service Representative. He attained multiple service and sales awards at the national level for having one of the top sales records in the country. He then launched into real estate sales at Sutton Centre Realty where he began a very successful path to where he is today. Harjit achieved $75 million in annual sales in his first year, as well as obtaining more than 4 times the sales of the average agent in the first year, which earned him a top spot among his brokerage.
Harjit is passionate about the needs and goals of his clients, and he specializes in bringing peace of mind to home sellers who have previously struggled with their homes on their own or with another agent. He has made a high level of commitment to his real estate education, having been mentored and coached by several of the most highly acclaimed real estate coaches in the industry.
